About Tactical Talent Recruitment

We recruit exclusively for the Hardware and Building Materials industry in Ireland. Our sole focus on this sector means we have a deep understanding of the talent market and are highly connected to professionals across merchant, supplier, and retail environments. We work with many of the industry’s leading brands and have long-standing relationships built on trust, discretion, and results. We take a partnership-led approach with our clients. That means not only sourcing the right people for their teams, but also advising on the market, shaping roles where needed, and supporting longer-term recruitment planning as businesses grow and evolve. For candidates, we focus on placing people into roles that genuinely make sense for them, taking into account fit, career path, progression, and development, not just the next move.
