About Tagwhat

Tagwhat's location-aware app delivers mobile users a simple, real-time feed of relevant local opportunities extracted from multiple services, everywhere they go. Tagwhat individually analyzes social media posts from nearby businesses and identifies actionable opportunities relevant to time and location. Businesses’ web-locked deals and events are automatically delivered to an otherwise unaware population of potential nearby customers. No time spent or new portal to learn.

Founded in 2009 by Angus Shee, Dave Elchoness and Don Cramer.
