About Tailor Ridge Capital Management, LLC
Tailor Ridge Capital Management, LLC is a real estate lending business focused on financing fix-and-holds, condo-conversions, fix-and flips, and ground-up construction of residential assets. We started lending in New England in June of 2020. We have been lending through our real estate investment trust, Tailor Ridge REIT, LLC, since July of 2022. Our founders include long-time real estate investors, lenders, attorneys and financial professionals, who are based in New England and the Tri-State area. We started off small and are well on our way to being one of the dominant lenders in our core markets within Massachusetts and Rhode Island and are expanding to other geographies.
