About Talendrone - Heres how geeks recruit

With today’s increased internet and social media usage and the advanced developments in technology both inside and outside the workplace, we are now living in a constantly expanding digital world. We are Talendrone, a VC funded innovative recruitment technology company. Talendrone was created in 2014 to bring these developments to the world of recruitment and help shape its future. We have got +300 clients currently and are expanding extremely fast in the UK market. We offer two types of service. REFERRALS SERVICE Here at Talendrone, we truly believe in the value of a candidate referral from the right professional. Yet in the recruitment industry today, the referrals system doesn’t seem to be utilised to its potential. That’s why we have developed the UK’s biggest and most advanced referral system with innovative technology so that employers can effectively and progressively recruit using this method with ease. How does it work? Skilled professionals & freelance recruiters refer talented candidates, and in turn earn a cash reward for each successful referral. The job is shared exclusively to professionals with a similar skill set required for the role and to recruiters who have experience working in that particular skill.
