About Talent Gateway

TalentGateway works with founders of scaling businesses, typically 10 to 50 people who want to build a team that can deliver without them in every decision. We work with founders who are growing fast, preparing to exit, or recognising that the business has outgrown its current team structure. The question we work on together isn't just who to hire next, it's whether the people, the roles, and the team systems are built for where the business is going. Our work covers three areas: people strategy and fractional partnership for founders who need a senior thinking partner on team and organisational decisions; executive search and recruitment for roles where getting it wrong is expensive; and focused project work to build specific people assets fast — hiring processes, employer value propositions, leadership frameworks, onboarding programmes.
