About Talent Team Solutions, LLC

Talent Team Solutions designs talent infrastructure that people actually use. We work with growing companies to build performance management systems, leadership development programs, and talent strategies that drive real outcomes. We coach leaders who are scaling into bigger roles, leading through ambiguity, or figuring out what's next. Whether you need someone to build the system or someone to sit with you while you figure out your next move, we can help. How we work: We partner with People leaders and founders to design, launch, and measure what works at your current scale. On the consulting side, that means fractional talent leadership, performance management implementation, leadership program design, and change management. On the coaching side, that means 1:1 executive coaching grounded in Co-Active methodology for leaders navigating transitions, promotions, or the kind of ambiguity that comes with growing fast. The common thread: we build things that create movement. Systems your team will actually adopt. Conversations that change how your leaders show up. Founded by Meica Hatters, a talent strategy practitioner with 17 years of experience across technology, B2B SaaS, and professional services. Co-Active trained coach pursuing ICF ACC certification. SHRM-CP, PHR, MHRM. [email protected]
