TalentBase is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) workforce integration initiative operating at the intersection of employers, education partners, and public workforce systems. As an authorized DoW SkillBridge provider, TalentBase expands structured transition pathways for active-duty service members while continuing to serve veterans, military spouses, and eligible dependents. The organization focuses on translating military training and experience into industry-recognized credentials, professional development, work-based learning, and employment outcomes aligned with regional and national workforce needs. TalentBase’s mission is to strengthen workforce alignment by supporting employers with prepared, workforce-ready veteran talent while ensuring successful civilian career integration. Through coordinated professional development, industry-recognized certifications, employer-aligned work experience, and SkillBridge fellowships of up to 180 days, TalentBase contributes to a more connected, predictable, and effective workforce ecosystem. TalentBase operates as an intermediary partner, aligning employers, colleges, and public workforce programs to ensure training, professional development, SkillBridge participation, and work experience translate into measurable, industry-aligned employment outcomes.
