How We Do It TalisLife uses your smartphone camera to measure your stress, energy & health accurately using key heart measures such as Heart Rate Variability, SDNN and RMSSD. These readings indicate the activation of your Autonomic Nervous System and help identify common health risks such as overuse, fatigue, and burn out before they occur. Results are combined with your daily living index and health information across 10 health parameters to give context to the measurements.
