One consultant, for instance, has spent several years recruiting in the US, while another has management experience at a major international recruiting firm in Japan. 社名の「タリスマン」とは、英語で「幸運をもたらすもの」「お守り」の意味です。ヨーロッパではサッカーの試合で一気に流れを変えるスター選手のことを「タリスマン」と呼びます。 当社は、そのように企業の業績を盛り返したり、向上をもたらすような人材の採用をサポートしていきたいという思いを込め、この社名をつけました。 コンサルタントには、例えばニューヨークで15年以上にわたり人材ビジネスに携わってきた者や、外資系人材サーチ会社でマネジメントしてきた専門性の高いバイリンガルメンバーが多数在籍しています。
