Tricia brings two decades of talent acquisition and executive search expertise. Since 2002, she has built a career helping organizations find and hire exceptional talent across industries, functions, and geographies, from early career roles to the C-suite and Board. Trish’s approach is rooted in real-world experience. Prior to launching Tall Poppy Recruiting in 2022, she worked in talent acquisition roles within both a leading private equity firm and a global executive search firm, supporting senior recruiting leaders in building talent strategies, managing executive searches, and sourcing leadership talent. Earlier in her career, Trish held roles as an EA, project coordinator, and operations leader within executive search, management consulting, and investment banking — giving her a deep appreciation for the work behind the scenes and a practical understanding of the talent profiles that drive business success.
