About Talowiz

Hiring isn’t broken because of a lack of tools — it’s broken because those tools work in isolation. One does sourcing. One filters resumes. Another sends outreach. None of them talks to each other. And most still leave 90% of the work to recruiters. Talowiz is changing that. We’ve built a full-stack AI Hiring Engine — powered by autonomous agents — that works like a recruiter would, just faster and smarter. Our platform includes 7 AI agents, each solving a specific hiring bottleneck: 1️⃣ Sourcing Agent Finds exact-match passive candidates from across the world's largest premium talent pool. 2️⃣ Screening Agent Received 2000+ job applications? It reads every resume line-by-line, filters noise, and shortlists only the ones that truly fit. 3️⃣ Reachout Agent Sends personalized, multi-channel outreach and keeps candidates warm with intelligent follow-ups. 4️⃣ Assessment Agent Auto-generates role-specific tests, evaluates responses, and ranks candidates by skill. 5️⃣ Insight Agent Flag candidates unlikely to join based on behavioral patterns and engagement history. 6️⃣ Risk Assessment Agent Detects risks like job-hopping, inconsistent stories, or cultural mismatch before the offer stage. 7️⃣ Ops Agent Coordinates interviews, sends reminders, updates statuses — everything that slows down hiring ops. These agents work together like a virtual recruiting team — automating the repetitive, judgment-heavy tasks so that hiring teams can focus on actual decision-making. If hiring is a bottleneck in your company’s growth, we’re building Talowiz for you.
