About Talvita

What if your biggest HR headache became your competitive advantage? Talvita is the AI-native performance management platform that's changing how organizations unlock human potential. We've cracked the code on what every HR leader knows but struggles to solve: traditional performance reviews kill motivation instead of fueling it. Talvita transforms those dreaded reviews into ongoing, meaningful conversations that employees actually look forward to. By intelligently connecting real work experiences to career frameworks, Talvita delivers personalized, real-time feedback which is automatically documented and readily available to managers and employees. No more generic feedback. No more guesswork about growth. For newly-promoted managers, we reduce the anxiety of difficult conversations with smart guidance that builds confidence. For individual contributors, we provide clarity on exactly how their daily work connects to career progression. For HR leaders, we deliver real-time visibility to the metrics that matter most. HR teams get quick insights to organizational strengths and risks, driving strategic business conversations instead of managing fire drills. The result? A culture where growth happens every day, not just during review season. Where managers become coaches, not evaluators. Where employees drive their own development with AI as their guide.
