About Tanja Tobler

Workshops: Now it's YOUR turn! United, we'll break you free of beliefs, disconnect you from society's expectations, and reawaken your true potential to live your life the way you want and do the things which fulfill you. Feminine.Successful.Human Together we'll balance your needs, those of your family and your career so that getting up in the morning is joyful again and you regain the strength to unroot trees. Keynote: If you want to improve, develop or move forward, you have to be willing to change, meaning you have to take action. A person can act because he is taken by the hand and told step by step what to do. But the independent and true triumph occurs when a person is motivated and independently takes the initiative. He feels the intrinsic need to act. As a coach of individuals and entrepreneurs, I explain the psychological willpower principles that govern our private as well as professional daily lives. This presentation guarantees exciting insights for everyone and leaves everyone eager to take the next step. 1:1 Coaching: Coaching is not about me working out your goals with you, but helping you break free from beliefs, societal expectations and self-doubt so that you can perceive yourself and your needs again, and then redefine your goals yourself. We will analyze why you think the way you think, why you believe what you believe, why you act the way you act and how you can change these patterns step by step to lead a self-determined life in the future.
