About Tasman Oil Tools
Tasman Oil Tools has consistently delivered integrated oilfield equipment rental and wellsite solutions across Australia, New Zealand, and Papua New Guinea since 1980. With over 40 years of regional experience and local ownership, we bridge the gap between large international service companies and small local providers — combining the breadth and engineering depth of a major OFSE with the fast decision-making and regional responsiveness that the majors cannot offer. Our capability spans four integrated areas: Drilling Tool Solutions — Complete drilling package rentals including drill pipe & workstrings, jars, motors, friction reduction tools, stabilisers, vibration mitigation tools, non-magnetic collars, crossovers, and handling tools, engineered as integrated systems. Fishing & Well Intervention Tools and Services — Fishing tools, thru-tubing intervention, plugs & service packers, and end-to-end P&A & well intervention support — with Tasman's own field fishing hands available for remote and complex operations. Frac Tank & Fluid Storage — Frac tanks, mixing tanks, pumps, hoses, and complete mud plant systems, supplied as standalone rentals or as part of an integrated wellsite package. Oilfield Engineering & Workshop Services — BHA design, hydraulics modelling, DS-1 aligned inspection, pressure testing, NDT, bucking services, and pre-job preparation — ensuring every tool leaves our yard execution-ready. Beyond oil and gas, Tasman supports geothermal and mining drilling and intervention operations across the region — applying the same engineering-led approach wherever precision subsurface work is required. Operating from bases in Perth, Brisbane, Roma, Chinchilla, and New Plymouth, with strategic partnerships including TAM International, DSI, Impulse Downhole Tools, TAQA/Cougar, and Varel. One locally-owned partner. Four integrated capability areas. Forty-five years of regional expertise. www.tasmanoiltools.com
