About Tatley-Grund, Inc.

At Tatley Grund, we specialize in exterior restoration, repair, and building envelope solutions that protect long-term performance and preserve property value. For more than 30 years, we’ve partnered with HOAs, property managers, consultants, and owners to restore and maintain commercial, multifamily, institutional, and community association buildings throughout the Pacific Northwest. Our team focuses on the full exterior scope—waterproofing, deck coatings, façade and cladding repair, foundation waterproofing, partnering with consultants for complex leak investigation—from small works and targeted repairs to large-scale, high-rise restoration projects. We approach every project through a building-science-informed lens, paired with self-performed craftsmanship and field accountability. That means clear communication, precise execution, and durable repairs—especially critical in the demanding PNW climate. Our reputation has been built project by project and relationship by relationship. Because exterior restoration isn’t just about fixing what’s visible—it’s about protecting investments, mitigating risk, and supporting the communities that rely on these buildings every day.
