About Tauxbe Data

At Tauxbe Data, we approach public records and criminal data as an engineering problem — not a data resale business. Our platform is designed to ingest, normalize, and continuously update data from thousands of sources, delivering greater accuracy, consistency, and transparency for background screening and risk-based decision making. We built NatCrim, a national criminal database engineered for deeper coverage and more reliable updates than legacy solutions. By prioritizing data lineage and modern infrastructure, we help organizations reduce risk, improve compliance, and make more confident decisions. Tauxbe works with background screening companies, as well as organizations in areas such as financial services, fraud prevention, and other risk-driven environments that rely on accurate, explainable public records data to support risk and compliance decisions at scale.
