About TAVALAS

Tavalas helps outstanding people fast-track their careers. Tavalas provides business coaching to a wide range of people from CEOs, MDs, Partners, and divisional directors to whole leadership teams. Our clients come from a variety of backgrounds ranging from lawyers, bankers and marketing directors to headmasters, actors and dance companies. Tavalas specialises in working with new managers or those getting ready for promotion and who are considered by their organisation to be key contributors or high potential employees. Coaching at this stage of a career can not only have a lasting impact on the individual but also on the whole organisation's leadership capacity. Coaching can also help rising stars reinvent themselves as they take on new responsibilities and can ensure that an organisation retains its best people and maximises their performance. Founder Tabitha Alwyn brings a distinctive perspective to coaching thanks to her extensive business background in investment banking coupled with her initial training as a concert pianist. Before becoming a full time coach, Tabitha worked within the European Equity Research and Sales divisions of Schroders, UBS and latterly Goldman Sachs. She specialised mainly in the consumer sectors and was consistently top ranked in all the major industry surveys.
