TBS-AIM ย่อมาจาก Thammasat Business School – Advanced Institute of Mentorship เป็นโครงการเสริมสร้าง Social Values ที่ตั้งขึ้น โดยมีความคิดริเริ่มจากเรื่อง ผู้นำ หรือ Mentorship ที่จะส่งต่อให้กับนักศึกษารุ่นปัจจุบัน ทางโครงการฯ เชื่อว่า การวางรากฐานเมล็ดพันธุ์ที่ดีของผู้นำ จะสามารถทำให้เมล็ดพันธุ์หรือนักศึกษาที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ มีมุมมองที่หลากหลาย เติบโตอย่างมีคุณภาพ และเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการผลักดันสังคมให้เจริญก้าวหน้าต่อไป ซึ่งโครงการจะนำรุ่นพี่ศิษย์เก่าที่ประสบความสำเร็จอย่างสูงในอาชีพการงาน มาเป็น Mentor เพื่อให้คําแนะนําและโค้ชให้กับ Mentee รุ่นน้องนักศึกษา ป.ตรี คณะพาณิชย์ฯ ทั้งในด้านการวางเป้าหมายระยะยาวในชีวิต ความชัดเจนเกี่ยวกับเส้นทางอาชีพ เพื่อให้มีที่ปรึกษาที่เข้าใจในสายงานและเป็นสายสัมพันธ์ที่แข็งแกร่งในการสนับสนุนด้านการทำงานต่างๆ ที่จะทำให้น้องๆพร้อมเข้าสู่โลกแห่งการทำงาน
