tc Health Consulting Inc. was launched by Tim Clarke in May 2017 to work with all industry stakeholders to accelerate bringing innovative health, benefits and insurance solutions to Canadian employers. The Canadian group benefits industry has seen a recent surge of interest in new approaches from industry veterans and newcomers, from large companies and tech startups. Many great new solutions are being developed. At the same time, employers are looking for innovative ways to protect and encourage the health of their employees - in a cost effective manner. While the ultimate channel is through employers, the B2B private healthcare system in Canada is a complex one. It consists of many different players - employers, insurers, third party administrators, EAP's, advisors, pharmacies, health providers and many more. tc Health Consulting assists industry stakeholders in several ways: - Working with health innovators to navigate the private healthcare ecosystem to efficiently design, build, target and deliver solutions to employers. - Working with employers to use the most effective combination of traditional and innovative solutions to manage their employees' health and financial security - in a cost effective manner.
