Tester Construction Group LLC (“TCG”) is a Construction Manager / General Contractor specializing in mixed use and multi-family new construction projects in the City of Philadelphia. TCG was founded by Michael Tester who has over 15 years of experience in construction management and general contracting. Michael has managed the pre-construction and operations of some of Philadelphia's largest residential and commercial projects. TCG has developed relationships with the top subcontractors in the Greater Philadelphia marketplace. Maintaining strong relationships with these business partners has enabled TCG to build a reliable, high-caliber team that responds to all client and project demands. TCG’s construction team is organized, highly focused, and executes project deliverables to maintain rigorous project schedules and tight budgets in a competitive environment.
