About Teaching Pro's

Teaching Pro’s ondersteunt de ontwikkeling van professionals in het onderwijs en in de zorg. In het onderwijsveld adviseren wij schoolleiders, geven we trainingen aan docententeams en coachen we individuele docenten en team- of afdelingsleiders. Zorgprofessionals ondersteunen we in hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling binnen het team. Het programma voor teamleiders in de zorg en het onderwijs bestaat uit het training van gesprekstechnieken (zie: Rens van Loon) en het versterken van de rollen en stijlen bij het leidinggeven. Wij helpen teamleiders om hun aanpak te verbinden aan de visie van de organisatie en competent te zijn in de aansturing van hun teams.
