Through the Whole-School Transformation Coaching program, administrators and lead teachers receive one-on-one coaching, participate in peer learning groups and coach-facilitated webinars, and gain access to practical classroom tools and ongoing support. The Specialty Coaching Programs offer targeted professional development for educators at all levels, equipping them with focused strategies and a scaffolded learning infrastructure designed for lasting impact. With a tiered approach to professional learning, TeachUNITED U.S. ensures that educators develop the skills, confidence, and resources to lead change within their schools. By embedding in-house coaching and building professional communities of practice, schools can improve student engagement, academic performance, and learning conditions while fostering sustainable transformation.
