About TeachWiz

Most digital learning looks good on paper — but fails when people try to use it. Courses are launched, boxes are ticked, and yet behavior doesn’t change. Knowledge fades. Business impact remains unclear. TeachWiz exists to close that gap. We are a creative digital learning studio that helps organizations turn real business needs into learning experiences that people actually use — and return to. We work as partners, not vendors, co-creating digital learning that is grounded in context, shaped by instructional design, and built to deliver measurable results. Our team brings 15+ years of experience working inside large, international organizations, where learning must work at scale, across cultures, roles, and regulated environments. That experience shapes how we approach every project — from discovery and learning architecture to production and rollout. Our work spans learning discovery and instructional design, digital learning production, and the rollout and optimization of learning solutions across global teams. While we are based in Serbia, our work is built for global organizations. We operate as a company, not a freelance network — with clear processes, defined accountability, and the professional standards international clients expect, including contracts, NDAs, and long-term partnership models. At TeachWiz, learning is not content for consumption. It is a system designed to support performance, confidence, and change — over time. If you’re looking for a learning partner who thinks beyond courses and focuses on outcomes, we’re always open to a conversation.
