Throughout its journey, TeamOne Capital has played a significant role in public and private offerings, mergers, and acquisitions, with a total transaction value exceeding SAR 2 billion. The company has provided financial advisory services, project structuring, and financial modeling to pioneering companies and entrepreneurs across various sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the GCC. As part of its forward-looking strategy for 2027, and in celebration of its 20th anniversary, TeamOne Capital aims to expand its services to include investment fund management and debt instruments (such as sukuk, private funds, and special purpose entities), while obtaining all required regulatory licenses.
