About TEBC (The Eduardo Borquez Company)

The Eduardo Borquez Company (TEBC) was founded with a single mission: To Serve Others! In the ever-changing environment of ‘Business’, we strive to offer assistance to entrepreneurs, managers, and leaders who are experiencing challenges within their organization. Recognizing change is unavoidable, we stand by our client and welcome the opportunity to serve in a role based on trust as we mentor, coach, and consult those who need a helping hand. OUR PURPOSE Our purpose is to help business owners/management identify the needed change required to positively impact their business operations: people, products, processes, and systems. Our efforts are rooted in helping management create/re-design their competitive advantage as they maximize their resources, creating unique capabilities, and offer a value proposition difficult to imitate. OUR COMMITMENT We are committed to educating our clients (English and Spanish) on how to manage their business and turn challenges into positive outcomes – this is our way to fulfill our purpose, which is ‘to help’. Our business consultants work side-by-side with our clients to teach how to use resources and tools aligned to their type of business (industry-specific) and measure their results. OUR GUIDING VALUE(s) Our guiding value is L.O.V.E., which derives from the response our founder gave when asked the following question: Eduardo, why do you do what you do? “Because I have an opportunity every day to make a difference in peoples’ lives and I am glad I get to do it through L.O.V.E. – you see, when I ‘Listen’, ‘Observe’, ‘Value’, and practice ‘Empathy’, I get to understand my role in interacting with individuals, and if they are coming to me for help, then it is my commitment to share EVERYTHING I know and “Leave A Legacy of Excellence” in what I do…that is my mission and purpose in life and I cannot accomplish it without L.O.V.E.!”
