About Tech Blaze Consulting

Tech Blaze Consulting is a boutique Australian cybersecurity firm helping critical infrastructure operators and enterprises build security that actually works. We specialise in organisations where the stakes are highest — energy, communications, healthcare, financial services, transport, and data storage providers navigating SOCI Act obligations, as well as enterprises managing complex security across multiple frameworks and cloud environments. What we do: IRAP Security Assessments Essential Eight Maturity Assessments & Uplift vCISO — Fractional Security Leadership Cloud Security Architecture Reviews (AWS, Azure, GCP) SOCI Act Compliance & CIRMP Development SOE Hardening & Security Training DISP Readiness for Defence Contractors Why boutique over Big Four? You get direct access to senior assessors — not a partner who wins the work and juniors who deliver it. We move in weeks, not months. Our engagement models flex around your reality, not our billing targets. And we focus on practical outcomes: fixing real risk, not producing shelf-ware reports. We also build. Our open-source IDProva protocol brings verifiable identity to AI agents — post-quantum ready, NIST-aligned, and written in Rust. Canberra-based. Government-grade rigour. Built for organisations that can't afford to get security wrong. 🌐 techblaze.com.au
