About TECPA: The Early Child Professional Association
TECPA provides speakers and workshops designed for early childhood and elementary professionals, whether they care for infants, toddlers, preschool,kindergarten, or school age children in a family child care setting, an early childhood group setting, or a private or public elementary school. The TECPA ADMIN series provides a smaller group setting and speakers relevant to program directors and school administrators. The Early Childhood Professional Association (TECPA) began in 1990 as Charles River Management and Consulting (CRMC), an early childhood management and consulting group. In 2001, CRMC refocused its mission to solely provide high quality speakers and thought provoking topics to the field and was renamed Natick Early Childhood Professional Association (NECPA). In 2011 the name was changed to TECPA, the Early Childhood Professional Association. The evolution from CRMC to NECPA to TECPA has moved our educational programs from Natick to Needham, Westwood and Milton. We currently have participants from the Metro West, South Shore, and the greater Boston area. We look forward to moving into new communities as we continue to expand our programming.
