About TEEL Construction, Inc.

Since 1987, TEEL Construction, Inc. has provided general contracting and construction management services to Virginia, Maryland, Washington D.C. and beyond. Our turnkey capabilities have enabled our corporate interior, educational, financial institution, grocery, healthcare, hospitality, restaurant and retail clients to experience TEEL’s commitment to the highest-quality construction. This commitment, complete with integrity, dependability, and excellence in service provide a foundation on which relationships are built. Through these relationships, TEEL has become a firm in which 94% of our work is completed for repeat or referred clients (as of July, 2020). To meet and exceed our client’s expectations, TEEL becomes fully immersed in each and every project. This requires a management team that has the knowledge, dedication, professionalism - and most importantly - the ability to communicate effectively, that will guide the project’s successful completion. Working closely with our customer, trade partners and design team is critical. Bringing each of these companies together and establishing a cohesive team helps foster hassle-free construction that is delivered on schedule and to our customer’s liking.
