About Tees Maritime

The Tees Maritime Cluster is a private sector-led initiative dedicated to accelerating economic growth and strengthening Teesside’s maritime sector. By uniting industry leaders, local businesses, and education providers, we drive innovation, sustainability, and workforce development, positioning Teesside as a premier hub for maritime excellence and a leader in the UK’s Net Zero ambitions. We equip our members with cutting-edge skills development, strategic partnerships, and future-proofing initiatives, ensuring the industry remains competitive in a fast-evolving global economy. Guided by an independent board of industry leaders, the cluster is shaping the future of maritime opportunities in the region, creating lasting impact for businesses and communities alike.
