The Company's subsidiaries were Tecelagem Kuehnrich, Cerro Azul Participacoes e Administracao Ltda, Teka Paraguay, Teka Europalager and Salerna Holding Gmbh. On October 30, 2013, the Company announces further details on bankruptcy process; its plan for judicial recovery was approved by the Judge of the Second Civil Court of Blumenau.
