FOUNDER AND CLINICAL LEADERSHIP Since 2008, Dr. Bita Mansouri has practiced medicine in diverse and often resource-limited communities across the United States, with a particular emphasis on small and rural hospitals facing persistent staffing and specialty-coverage gaps. Her clinical focus is in Emergency Medicine and Tele-Emergency care, supported by advanced training that enables high-acuity decision-making and procedural guidance—skills that translate seamlessly into virtual emergency workflows. Over years of practice, Dr. Mansouri has developed a strong focus on leveraging telemedicine to reduce unnecessary transfers, improve access to timely emergency care, and reinforce frontline clinical teams. Her current work centers on building scalable Tele-Acute care solutions that enhance the safety, operational resilience, and sustainability of emergency care in smaller hospitals.
