About Tenac Solutions Pty Ltd

Tenac Solutions designs structured digital systems for high-risk construction environments and local governments in regulating the Short-Term Rental Accommodation sector. Our primary platform, PRIMA, is a purpose-built cloud-based Permit-to-Work and management system specialising in excavation and underground asset protection. PRIMA addresses the structural workflow gaps responsible for thousands of utility strikes and site incidents each year, not by adding more paperwork, but by embedding control into the permit lifecycle itself. Built on a modern, scalable cloud architecture, PRIMA leverages structured data, automation, and AI-assisted processing to consolidate complex service information, reduce manual administration, and support faster adaptation without compromising control or audit integrity. The system: • Consolidates service identification and asset owner requirements • Embeds technical and operational controls into progression • Structures contractor and role accountability • Ensures revalidation when conditions change • Creates a defensible, auditable record of execution PRIMA transforms permit management from documentation to structured workflow control, protecting critical infrastructure while improving productivity and operational oversight. In addition, Tenac Solutions has developed a Compliance Management System supporting local governments in regulating the Short-Term Rental Accommodation sector, including data-sharing alignment with State systems. We work closely with contractors, asset owners and regulators to reduce procedural failure, strengthen compliance, and deliver safer, higher-performing management systems.
