About Tender Hearts Counseling

At Tender Hearts, we use multiple evidence-based therapies to help our clients reach their unique goals. Rather than sticking to one method of therapy, we take an integrative approach, using various evidence-based frameworks to help clients learn new skills and work through things in a way that is best for them. With more years of collective experience working with children, teens, adults, and families, we understand that no two individuals are the same. We’re extremely passionate about mental health and healing. Celebrating all the little victories you or your child will experience along the therapeutic journey is our favorite part of the job!
