About Tengri Architecture

Tengri Architecture is a boutique architectural studio based in Kelowna, BC, delivering thoughtful, buildable, and cost-conscious design solutions. From our office at 201–339 Bernard Avenue, we work across commercial, multi-family, supportive and social housing, and tenant improvement projects, serving private clients, non-profit housing societies, public agencies such as BC Housing, private developers, and contractors. Led by Partners Roman Yamchshikov and Carlos Ponce, our practice brings over 25 years of experience delivering complex projects in Canada and internationally. We balance strong design thinking with constructability, budget discipline, and long-term performance. Clear thinking. Smart design. Built to last.
