About TenThousand

TenThousand is a specialized engineering partner for Fintech and Retail leaders who need to scale fast without compromising stability. Since our inception, we have challenged the traditional outsourcing model. We believe that modern innovation requires more than just "hiring developers." It requires a de-risked engineering ecosystem. Our purpose is to bridge the gap between Silicon Valley velocity and Enterprise rigor. We empower our clients to build intelligent, secure, and scalable platforms that withstand the scrutiny of regulators and the demands of millions of users. OUR OPERATING MODEL: THE SCALE UNIT. We do not provide random freelancers. We deploy managed Engineering Scale Units—autonomous, cross-functional teams that take full ownership of delivery, quality assurance, and security pipelines. WHY ENTERPRISE LEADERS TRUST TENTHOUSAND: 🛡️ UNCOMPROMISING SECURITY & COMPLIANCE We operate in environments where failure is not an option. Our delivery framework is aligned with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and BAIT standards. GDPR compliance is engineered into our code from day one. 🔒 ZERO SHADOW IT & HARDWARE CONTROL We maintain absolute control over the perimeter. Every engineer works strictly on corporate-managed hardware (MDM) with full disk encryption and licensed enterprise-grade software. 🚀 ENGINEERING EXCELLENCE We specialize in high-load systems using React Native, Node.js, and Cloud-Native DevOps (AWS/Azure). We turn technical debt into technical assets. GLOBAL DELIVERY, LOCAL STANDARDS Headquartered in Kyiv with operations across the DACH, UK, and US markets, we combine world-class engineering talent with the compliance standards expected by Frankfurt and London financial institutions. Join us in de-risking the future of Fintech.
