About Terns

We believe that science is not cold—it’s wild. That healing doesn’t always come from labs, but often from tidepools, trenches, and sunlit forests. That the future of health lies where nature’s brilliance meets human ingenuity. We are driven by curiosity—the kind that leads to remote marine expeditions, cutting-edge informatics, and a lifelong fascination with the molecules that shape life itself. We gather data, extract meaning, and build purpose from the smallest molecule to the largest mission. We believe that clean is not a buzzword—it’s a standard. That beauty can be functional and products can be backed by science, born from nature, and still feel like magic. We exist to bridge disciplines, cross oceans, and build products that endure and support the rhythms of real, active, adventurous people. We are not just making things, we are remaking the relationship between people, planet, and progress. Join us on our journey and learn more about our work at terns.com.
