About terra ferma

Cables and unsecure WiFi are dead, welcome to the new world of LiFi! Challenge: Forward Operating Bases, Secure Meeting Rooms, Digital Manufacturing and Critical Operations outside the wire are susceptible to hacking and RF jamming bringing critical and sensitive operational communications to a stand still during serious situations. Solution: Rugged!+ LiFi communications can be operational within minutes using minimal logistical support, providing secure connectivity impervious to RF hacking and jamming techniques. “Light-Fidelity” uses the Infrared light spectrum rather than radio waves. Similar concept to Fiber Optic transmission, however no transport medium is required. Whether you need to power sensors, radios, LED Lighting, or surveillance devices, Terra Ferma has a Rugged!+™Power over Ethernet Switch or Power Supply (Injector) to handle your rugged and remote field operations that demand reliable and clean PoE. Our Rugged!+™Power over Ethernet Switch and Power Supply are designed and built to handle mission critical tactical operations. Our PoE systems handle power from any global source and deliver it via ethernet to any communications, surveillance, sensor, or LED light scenario you have in hostile/harsh environments. The highly reliable, light weight, small form factor is designed and Mil-STD Certified to handle shock, vibration, extreme temperatures, high humidity and is passively cooled. Whether your ethernet connectivity with power is required for Command/Control & Communications Units or Ground Vehicles, Terra Ferma has a MIL-Spec or Industrial hardware solution for you.
