About Tesseract: Integrated Real Estate Development

Tesseract is an integrated real estate development firm. We work with developers, communities, municipalities, and citizens to develop residential, community, and neighborhood scale projects designed to help humans live well in place, in balance with culture and nature. We integrate leading-edge building design, energy and water harvesting, permaculture, and circular flows of material resources. Our residential designs include shared community amenities, events spaces, commercial kitchens, fabrication and media labs, education and daycare spaces. We utilize procedural architecture and artificial intelligence to optimize spatial layouts and material flows on site. We believe that we can affordably build better communities that dramatically elevate quality of life, productivity, and ecological balance.
