About Tetris Innovation

Tetris Innovation is an Indian deep-tech venture builder operating at the intersection of private capital, government partnership and frontier technology. We work in sectors that define India's strategic and economic future Defence, Aerospace, Cleantech and Cybersecurity. Our focus is the technology readiness gap, specifically TRL 4 to 6, the stage where promising deep-tech moves from validated concept to deployable solution. This is where the most critical work happens and where institutional support is most absent. We have two integrated business lines a Venture Studio and an Innovation Center programme from the ground up in 18 months. We hold a signed MoU with the Government of Andhra Pradesh, reflecting our commitment to building deep-tech capability at the state level and translating national policy into private-sector outcomes. What we do: Tetris Ventures — Deep-Tech Venture Studio We co-build deep-tech companies at the pre-seed stage; not as passive investors but as embedded operators. We bring capital, domain expertise, institutional access and a structured pathway from early-stage validation to Series A readiness. Our focus is TRL 4 to 6 — the critical bridge between laboratory proof and market-ready product. We work inside companies, alongside founders, until the hardest risks are retired. Our sectors: Defence · Aerospace · Cleantech · Cybersecurity Innovation Centers — National Programme Tetris Innovation partners with state and central government bodies to establish Innovation Centers that build the next generation of deep-tech founders, researchers and entrepreneurs. These centres serve as structured environments where technology at TRL 4 to 6 is identified, validated and connected to the capital, mentorship and institutional networks required to scale. We work directly with government at both state and central levels
