The Texas School of Mental Health (TSMH) is a premier institution providing a world-class experiential learning environment, leveraging high-quality resources and a multidisciplinary faculty to produce "globally relevant professionals". Founded in 2019 and registered in Texas, USA, the Texas School of Mental Health is an organization driven by a passion to reframe the mental well-being to lasting mental fitness. Since our founding, we have grown as a multidisciplinary institution that partners with hospitals, universities, and community organizations across the globe focused on initiatives to address gaps in accessible, evidence‑based mental health education. We reframe mental well‑being as lasting mental fitness by integrating clinical expertise, lifestyle interventions, and community support to address gaps exposed by COVID‑19 in care for complex and life‑stage conditions. In response, TSMH launched the World’s first independent Centre for Psycho‑Oncology in July 2023, to serve the psychological, social, nutritional, and behavioral needs of cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers. Through our pioneering work we have trained more than 100 professionals in the super specialty domain of Pyscho-Oncology. Another milestone in the journey of Texas School of Mental Health was the launch of the MenoMind program in 2024, which anchors on five pillars – menopausal physiology, diet and nutrition, exercise and yoga, mental health and lifestyle. This innovative program aims at providing a holistic approach to address the health challenges faced by mid-life women across the globe. A first of its kind initiative - MenoMind integrates medical knowledge with lifestyle coaching and peer support to address physical symptoms, emotional wellbeing, and social impacts. Our programs combine rigorous research, and experiential learning to empower clinicians who are practice‑ready from day one, thus setting the standard for specialized mental health education and translational practice.
