Leadership Risk & Toxicity – The GreyScale is the only leadership test that specifically assesses a leader’s impact on psychosocial safety essential for workplace performance, identifying specific virtues, attachments, and motivations that compliment and enhance Performance Personalities. 3. Leadership (Candidate) Authenticity – The GreyScale identifies whether a leadership candidate is showing their authentic self, ensuring toxic personalities don’t slip through the cracks in the recruitment and selection stages.
