Welcome to Thames River Therapy, a psychology clinic located in London, ON. We have a special interest in working with individuals with complex mental health needs who may have felt misunderstood or underserved in other settings. We offer clinical assessment and advanced therapy services. We are a dedicated team of psychology professionals who truly believe that having an authentic and trusting relationship between clinician and client is essential for therapy to work. We blend science and art to best serve your needs. We are highly trained in evidence-based therapies such as ACT, CBT, EFT, and DBT Skills. However, we also understand that our therapeutic approach must be tailored to your unique values, culture, and personal preferences in order to make lasting, meaningful change.
