About THC Homes -Modular Sustainable Housing, Lodges & Cabins for a Greener Tomorrow

THC Homes Who We Are: We are manufacturers of sustainable housing, dedicated to redefining the way we live and interact with our environment. What We Do: At THC, we construct a diverse range of housing solutions: Modular buildings, cabins, lodges tailored for the leisure industry. Tiny houses and compact homes designed for modern residential living. Adapted models specifically crafted for emergency housing needs, serving both the UK and EU markets. What We Offer: Our commitment to sustainability and health is paramount. We prioritize the use of greener, cleaner materials, eliminating toxic VOCs, glues, solvents, and silicones. Our finishing materials are meticulously chosen to ensure a living environment that's kind to its inhabitants. By embracing Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) and passive house design principles, we ensure that our modules not only stand out in quality but also significantly reduce the user's carbon footprint, making a positive impact on our planet. Our Future Goals: As we forge ahead, THC is set on: Collaborating with local councils to address the pressing needs of social and emergency housing. Partnering with landowners eager to offer unique, healthier holiday homes for the luxury market, all while championing sustainability. Join our mission as we pave the way for a greener, healthier future in housing.
