About The 100 Personal Training

The 100 Personal Training Studio is een moderne en nette studio. Als Personal Trainer streef ik er naar om doelstellingen te halen op een ambitieuze maar ook vooral op duurzame resultaten voor mijn klanten. U zult hier altijd voorop staan en alle aandacht is op u gericht. Het is een studio die zich vooral richt op 1 op 1 training. Dit is een groot verschil met de sportschool waar de aandacht soms niet op u ligt. Ik train u hier volledig alleen, zodat u zich maximaal kunt geven tijdens de training. Alle personal training programma’s zijn exact afgestemd op uw situatie en doelstelling, welke worden vastgesteld aan de hand van een intakegesprek en uitgebreide metingen. Het traject wordt vastgesteld en er kan spoedig een start gemaakt worden met de eerste trainingen en begeleiding op het gebied van voeding en leefstijl.
