About The 4ther Firm

The 4ther Firm is Africa's Program Management Partner. We design, manage, and deliver programs that create measurable impact for NGOs, foundations, corporates, and governments across Africa and beyond. Most organisations have the mission. Many have the funding. What they often lack are the systems, the team, and the expertise to turn both into programs that actually deliver. That is the gap we exist to fill. Our work spans four areas: program design and development, program management as a service, our own flagship programs (including The Funding Formula), and technology and digital program support. Whether you need us to build your program from scratch, run it on your behalf, or bring your operations into the digital age we show up and do the work. We are African-rooted. We understand the terrain, the culture, and the realities of doing this type of work on this continent, not from the outside looking in, but from the inside, building alongside you. We are guided by our PIVOT values: Progress. Integrity. Vision. Openness. Transformation. If your organisation runs programs or is ready to we are the partner you have been looking for.
