The ADL Team provides commercial and contractual support for contractors, principals, lawyers, subcontractors, and designers in the construction industry. The team are uniquely placed to understand and identify contractual / commercial risks and opportunities at any stage throughout any project. The consultants, are civil engineers with masters in construction law and experience as experts (delay & quantum), claim managers, project managers, contract administrators and planners. The ADL Team are passionate about making any contractually related issues smooth and straightforward for clients. • Contractual health checks • Variations & claims • Delay & quantum expert reports (incl testifying) • Mediations, arbitrations, litigations and adjudications (SoP) • Risk identification & management • Negotiating & managing contracts & subcontracts • Contract analysis, drafting & evaluating • Commercial management / contract administration • Planning & programming • Decision making (mediation and expert determination)
