About The Agency Initiative

We were founded with one future in mind, a world with more leaders and organizations choosing courage in their moments that matter. We supercharge the two most important drivers in every courageous team and organization: authentic leadership and high performance. Service Offerings Organizational Consulting - Driving High Performance We believe it’s done best when it feels authentic to the organization. We work with our clients to first understand who they are and then advise them how to build people practices that work for their organization and drive performance all while having a positive impact on team members. We specialize in advising our clients on how to identify and build the interdependent elements of their strategic Learning, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion processes and programs. Learning Experiences - Leaders Don't Lead Alone We design and build tailored learning experiences that help leaders translate their personal story into an authentic leadership brand and focus their efforts on the areas that drive organizational performance. Whether clients are leading dependent, independent, or interdependent teams, we curate the experience and content to fit their unique team situation and dynamic. Our individual workshops are designed to give leaders the opportunity to connect with a trusted community and practice skills in an immersive learning setting with peers. Events and Engagements - Creating Moments that Matter We leverage the power of storytelling to share our leadership journey - triumphs over challenges and teachable moments alike. Whether from the stage in a keynote address, conference panel, or intimate leadership salon, human connection through storytelling is a feature of our engagements as we inspire audiences to show up authentically with courage in the moments that matter.
