About The AI People

We specialise in AI-first, AI-only recruitment. We connect organisations with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, LLM Engineers, and AI Engineers who bring real capability to the table. We’re not generalist recruiters. We understand the field and know how to spot genuine expertise. That means faster hiring, stronger candidates, and less risk in the recruitment process. Backed by over a decade of experience recruiting for Australia’s largest corporations and government departments, we bring proven networks, credibility, and insight to every engagement. Whether you need to build an AI team or find your next opportunity, The AI People makes AI recruitment clear, efficient, and effective.
