About The Amatsu Clinic

David McCarthy’s Amatsu Clinic was one of the first clinics in Ireland to specialise in Amatsu Therapy. Since it’s founding in 2001 it has treated over 4000 patients. Considered a market leader In the industry and comes from a family of Amatsu Orthopaths with his mother and two brothers also working in clinics in Dublin. What Is Amatsu Therapy? Amatsu Therapy is a modern codification of ancient Japanese philosophies that treats the body as an interconnected system. For example, a bad knee could be a result of a direct injury on the knee. But the posture (total body position) and the natural walking and standing pattern of the client could also have led to the progressive damage and degeneration of the knee, therefore creating a vulnerable area. The Amatsu therapist is trained to identify the bigger picture when assessing any condition. David McCarthy, Amatsu Orthopath is fully qualified, insured, and recognised by all major health insurance providers. His practical and theoretical experience has been the foundation of the clinics success since 2001 and largely based on word of mouth from previous clients, sports, business and medical referrals. Conditions treated: Joint, muscular, trapped nerves, spinal, back, neck, sports injuries, head aches and digestive problems. For a more compressive list, please visit thee website. David is joined in practice by his brother Alan who is also an Amatsu Orthopath. Alan studied under David in his co-owned Amatsu Academy and has been working in the clinic since 2015. Between David and Alan they offer the clinic hours of 8am-9:30pm Monday to Friday. Saturday 9am-3pm. By Appointment only +353851434299
