About The Andes Institute

The Andes Institute is an international professional formation institute for experienced coaches, therapists, and practitioners of guided change. The Institute focuses on developing precise, resolution-oriented intervention capacity for professionals who already work with clients and seek greater economy, clarity, and decisiveness in their work. Andes provides structured, time-bounded formation in Logosynthesis, a language-based intervention system designed to resolve recurring internal patterns at their source rather than manage their effects. The Institute operates with clear differentiation between: professional training supervision and case discernment individual therapeutic work Formation at Andes is developmental, not identity-based. Training relationships are intentionally time-bounded. Completion and departure are expected, ethical outcomes. The Institute is not a first-formation school, a therapeutic community, or a permanent professional home. It exists to form practitioners well enough to integrate the work independently and continue elsewhere. Andes is led by its Founder and Executive Director, who also oversees therapeutic practice and governance to ensure coherence, scope clarity, and ethical standards across all functions.
